Dubbed Foodie Cudie by friends back in the day (Cude is my maiden name & it happens to rhyme with food), I have always had a love & passion for all things food. When life threw me lemons (more times than one), I quickly learned that being healthy wasn't just about the food you put in your mouth (this we call secondary food).
Living a whole healthy lifestyle is also about the thoughts we put in our mind & the perspective of those life events throwing us these lemons (this we call Primary food). I found that catching these said lemons & making lemonade (or lemon cupcakes in my case) was a way I could BE BETTER BALANCED.
